While the pool is large enough for some serious lap swimming, the gentle breezes from the adjacent waterway make it the ultimate private sanctuary. Warwick Marina
The Warwick offers a private, deep water, direct access marina. Only minutes to the Hillsboro Inlet to the north and Port Everglades to the south, the marina offers direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and points beyond. The Bahamas are only 50 miles away!
And, just a short stroll down our private dock brings you right to the water's edge, and to a large covered deck area next to our modern party room and kitchen. Anytime you stop by, you're likely to meet owners entertaining guests and if you're lucky, preparing gourmet outdoor delicacies on one of our outdoor gas grills.
The nearby manicured tropical garden is complete with benches, full size palm trees and native flora and fauna. It's the perfect background for a photo op!
