One of our best features is the gigantic sun-drenched swimming pool located on the second level deck and featuring unparalleled views of yachting activities on the Intracoastal Waterway. It's never too chilly for a swim in our year-round heated pool.
Patio and Dock
Enjoy watching the parade of boats everyday from your backyard! We have over four hundred feet of dockage for your enjoyment either out in the sun or under our oversized covered patio. Enjoy the parade of yachts and boats passing by the building. View the annual "Winterfest Boat Parade" from your own private stage on the intracoastal!
Warwick Marina
The Warwick offers a private, deep water, direct access marina. Only minutes to the Hillsboro Inlet to the north and Port Everglades to the south, the marina offers direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and points beyond. The Bahamas are only 50 miles away!
Sauna Rooms
The Warwick offers two sauna rooms which can be a luxurious and beneficial addition after a long day at work or after a swim at the pool. Our Sauna Rooms utilize dry heat generated by rocks and electric heaters used to help you feel calm and relax those muscles.
Community Kitchen
Our community kitchen is conveniently located in our social room and right near our outside patio. It’s a shared space where residents can set up meals for your alfresco dinning or cater for events and socialize together. It's equipped with two wall ovens a large workstation, dishwasher and ample counter space, designed for small or large group events.
