Warwick Property Information

The Warwick is a stand alone building on Dupont Blvd across from the famous Kaluz and Blue Moon restaurants.

The Warwick has just completed concrete restoration and exterior painting and is a shining star on the intracostal.  Our 40 year and 10 year certification has been completed as well as hallway, lobby and social room  renovations 

 The building has also gone through an extensive internal building maintenance repairs such as cleaning out the buildings water pipes, roof maintenance,  new A/C water pump, new black top on all driveways and new landscape garden designs.  

The  Warwick is a very friendly and warm Community.  We have many social events such as a Derby Party, Halloween Party, Pool Party and other social activities.  We have an outdoor patio with full views of the main intracostal and the best seats for the Winterfest Boat Parade. 

The Warwick has full reserves and all assessments have been paid for all renovations and concrete restoration.
